Nerf toy guns and blasters have been a thing for ages now, and are often considered the most popular holiday gift. Parents just love to want to surprise their children with these iconic toy weapons.
After all, because of how iconic they are in every household, it would make sense to own at least one variant of the many types of Nerf guns available.
However, most don’t think about the possible dangers that these guns can pose, especially when it comes to the eyes and vision. In reality, as much as we enjoy the Nerf gun and its culture, there have been cases where it has caused some eye injuries such as corneal abrasion, internal bleeding, and even more permanent injuries like losing an eye.
With this in mind, it is important to ask yourself the following: Are these Nerf toys really dangerous and if so, how much of a danger do they pose for my eyes and vision? There have been statements made by the company in charge of manufacturing Nerf guns, Hasbro, and they have claimed that these products of theirs are safe.
This is because of their many years of research and testing of products that they assure that they are within the expectations of a safe toy to use.
